Life can be challenging. As a result, we can find ourselves feeling low, in emotional turmoil, or simply unable to cope. Therapy can help us gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, our emotions, and our behaviours. Consequently, through discussion and exploration, we can identify patterns, triggers, and any underlying issues that are contributing to difficult times.

As a person-centred therapist, I provide support and care to individuals with a focus on their unique needs, preferences and goals. The approach I use puts the individual at the centre of their process and empowers them to make their own choices, based on their personal circumstances and values. Working together, we build a relationship of trust and respect in which I will recognize and value your perspective and experiences. Through the establishment of this relationship, we will create a supportive, non-judgmental, empathic environment, which will enable you to thrive. The therapy I provide is tailored to you as an individual, and takes into account your background, culture and personal circumstances. I will encourage and support you to make your own decisions and choices and to promote your own mental and emotional well-being.

More about my practice:

I hold a level 5 diploma in person-centred counselling and alongside running my own private practice I am part of a counselling team at a performing arts school in South London, working with teenagers. I am also a member of a tutor team at a London counselling college.

For in-person sessions, I operate my practice from rooms in both South Kensington and Clapham. Additionally, I have undertaken specialist online training, so am well-equipped to work on Zoom for those who prefer this platform.

My prices start from £80 per session (50 mins) and I offer an initial, complimentary consultation either via telephone or Zoom. I am a member of the BACP and work within their ethical guidelines.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
